• copy of the energy rating assessment for building projects
• certificate of occupancy
• copy of final contract price including variations or product price list
• specifications of materials used, including manufacturer.

• all details listed in judging criteria
• benefits derived from implementing BlueScope Steel products in the design and construction of the project
• evidence of site conditions and site management practices undertaken before, during and after works.

• Please prove 60 words to describe your entry, detailing aspects of the project that are unique or unusual. Your description, in full, part or modified, may be used in publicity for your entry.

• Please provide detailed working drawings, plans and elevations. All plans must show north point.

• Images are used to promote winners and finalists. Professional quality photographic images should be provided at time of entry.
• Images must be relevant to the entry and referenced back to the written submission.
• Please attach a list to your submission describing the features of each image.
• A maximum of 10 images per entry will be accepted, submitted online.
• These should be high resolution (300dpi) jpg or tiff format (or taken on at least an 8 megapixel camera, on at least the average setting).
